We are investigating pharmacologic interruption of angiotensin II production (enalaprilat) combined with either 7.8% hypertonic saline dextran (HSD) or a hemoglobin based oxygen carrier (HBOC, Oxyglobin) as methods to improve blook dlows with minimal IV fluid during intentional, severe post-hemorrhage hypotension.
